About Brian Eastland

Brian Eastland’s story starts in Texas, where he was raised with a strong sense of hard work, integrity, and the value of relationships—qualities that still define him today. As an adult, he found his home in the Pacific Northwest, where he quickly fell in love with the beauty, culture, and community of the Seattle area. It’s here that he built his life, married his wife, and is now raising their six kids.

 

Brian brings that same passion for people into his real estate career. Known for being honest, integrous, and highly relational, he’s the kind of agent clients trust and genuinely enjoy working with. He’s committed to helping people navigate one of life’s biggest decisions—whether that’s finding the perfect home or successfully selling one—with clarity, care, and a relentless work ethic.

 

When he’s not serving his clients, Brian is all about family and community. You’ll often find him cheering on his kids in their many activities, roasting coffee, or enjoying a cup at his family-owned business, Stillhouse Coffee, in downtown Edmonds.
