Paul Jackson is a fifth-generation Washingtonian with deep roots in the Seattle area and a lifelong connection to the region’s homes, neighborhoods, and history. His family’s ties to Seattle run back generations—including relatives who sold produce at Pike Place Market in its earliest days.
Paul grew up locally and graduated from Mountlake Terrace High School before attending the University of Washington. He spent several years living in Seattle’s U District, and later in the Roosevelt neighborhood and Ballard, before settling in Northeast Seattle with his wife Tina and their three children.
Paul’s path into real estate began early in his marriage, when he and Tina stepped into property ownership and quickly developed a long-term focus on investing, renovating, and building. Since then, he has been hands-on across a wide range of projects—from acquisitions and full-scale remodels to the design and construction of DADUs and other income-producing properties.
He brings a particular strength in helping clients see what’s possible. With a deep understanding of construction and building systems, Paul is able to evaluate a home’s quality, identify renovation opportunities, and uncover hidden potential—whether for a primary residence or an investment. He especially enjoys working with clients on DADU projects, remodels, and value-add strategies that maximize both livability and long-term return.
With a lifetime of local knowledge and real-world experience, Paul offers a practical, forward-thinking perspective—helping clients move confidently whether they’re buying, selling, or building toward their next investment.
